Last weekend, St George's welcomed participants back to Rome to complete Days 4 and 5 of the COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders. It was wonderful to reunite with middle leaders from Jerusalem, Copenhagen and Prague as well as from other international schools in Rome. As part of the programme, participants presented on their Leadership Challenges so far. Projects ranged from creating opportunities for outdoor education, creating a shared ethos and value system to improving mental health and support systems for international pupils.

The cohort will graduate this year and we’d like to wish them well with the final stages of the project. It has been a pleasure to work with such inspiring future educational leaders.
