Our development programme is about opening doors and creating opportunities, whether that’s through improving our facilities, or reaching out through our community programmes.

We want St George's to remain a place where every student feels encouraged to follow their passions and grow their talents, wherever those talents may lie. Introducing our Development Officer

Matteo Castaldo joined the St George's team as St George's Development Officer to help us achieve our ambitious campus plans.

We are pleased to have an accomplished sportsman on our team, as Matteo is a former World Champion and double Olympic Medalist in Rowing for Italy. Matteo is a fantastic role model and mentor for our students, and is helping raise the bar for our enrichment programme at the school.

Looking Ahead: The Next Two Years at St George’s

At St George’s, we are committed to continuous growth and enhancement of our facilities to better serve our students and school community. Over the next two years, we are excited to embark on a series of transformative projects aimed at enriching both academic and extracurricular experiences.

Enhanced Sports Facilities

Our development plans include the renovation of the Swimming Pool, the construction of a Rowing Tank, and the addition of three new Tennis Courts. These upgrades will significantly expand the sporting opportunities available to our students, encouraging physical well-being, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

A New Restaurant Experience

We are also proud to introduce plans for a new, modern Restaurant, a bright, open space designed to be the heart of the school community. With an emphasis on natural light, comfortable seating, and freshly prepared meals, the new canteen will offer students a warm and welcoming environment to relax, and connect with one another.

Further Projects: Expanding the Arts

Following our investment in sports and dining facilities, our focus will turn to enriching the creative arts at St George’s. The next phase of development will include significant enhancements to our:
