Jobs - IT Support Technician / IT Helpdesk Assistant

Professional skills required:

  • excellent working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • excellent working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 and MS Office software
  • excellent problem solving, trouble shooting and multitasking skills
  • good working knowledge of maintenance tasks like data backup or virus protection
  • working knowledge of wired and wireless Network Environments
  • working knowledge of Windows 2003 Server environment
  • working knowledge of AVA equipment (data projectors, voice recorders, sound systems, PA)

Personal skills required:

  • Very good command of the English language
  • Very good command of the Italian language
  • Autonomous worker and good communicator
  • Professional and proactive approach also under pressure
  • Positive thinking and flexible
