I start my day with a 1 hour and 15 minute journey to school by bus. I socialise a lot with my friends throughout the jounrey and also throughout school. My friends mean a lot to me and without them life wouldn’t be the same. St. George’s to me means friendship and fun.

School starts at a quarter to nine with registration. I normally have breakfast at school if I arrive early. I go down to the tuck shop to make valuable use of my time. I normally don’t have breakfast in the morning at home, so my ‘pain all chocolat’ at school is the most important ritual of the day.
My lessons throughout the day are pretty lively. The subjects I take are: Maths, English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Geography, Information Technology, French, Spanish and Citizenship. Citizenship is really new to me but it is enjoyable. At the moment we are discussing the horrible and devastating things in Iraq.

Lunchtime is my favourite part of the day. The lunches are pretty good in school. I also normally stay after school and ‘hang out’ with my friends, or take part in a physical activity.
