The staff of La Storta Junior School are a hardworking, professional body of teachers. All have British qualifications and experience and have combined these with a sound understanding of and competence in the educational needs and demands of an international school.

Teachers come primarily from the UK but several have worked abroad before and some choose to stay abroad when they leave.

The School employs a personnel manager and a "General Services Manager" to help with the bureaucracy.
